Netherlands based Polyconcept Acquires The American supplier Bullet Line.

Polyconcept, leading promotional products supplier and owner of Top 40 Supplier Leed’s, announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Top 40 Bullet Line, Inc. The transaction which terms have not been disclosed is expected to close within the month of August. The combination of Leed’s and Bullet Line will represent the largest US supplier of non-wearable and non calendar promotional products with close to 1300 associates in the US, and will be part of a newly established Division, Polyconcept North America, with Michael Bernstein as its CEO.
