Here is a nice idea from the USA, Little something offers you to opportunity to send a gift with personal message within 5 minutes to that client that just placed an order with your company.

Nice idea. There is a marketing consultanct in our building that sends personalised thank-you postcards from an automated system, which he says bring in a healthy response.
Do you know if there are plans to open international versions of Little Something, especailly a UK version?.
