But how are these silicone wristbands produced? Here is a tour with photos of our factory to show you where these popular wristbands are manyfactured.
The silicone wristbands can be made in any colour, up from 500 already. See on this image how the color is mixed with the raw silicone material to obtain the exact PMS colour.
The text, logo or website is created in the mould first, you can see it quit clearly on this image.
A small round mold for a small quantity of wristbands.
Larger molds with the same inscription for larger orders.
The raw silicone material is inserted into the mold, and the machine will heat up for a while up 200° celcius.
To make a silicone wristband with mixed colors, we first mix the colours as shown in the image and then the wristband is molded at 200° celcius.

Is it possible to make a silicone ring that can be linked together similar like the USB drive wrist bands?
I would like to have a silicone ring with a hollow pocket. This would have to be able to be connected into a ring that could be worn on the finger.

Would you be able to tell me how i can write or print on silicone wristnads. For example after the band is made, how can i mold or print on it to personalize the wording i want to write on it.

I would have to disagree – actually, laser engraved silicone wristbands are probably the cheapest among the types of wristbands. They have faster way of printing, and manufacturers usually use blank mold that speeds up production. Also, laser engraved bands can be as good as debossed silicone wristbands.
