What is silkscreen printing ?

silkscreen printing Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil.

Used for: Caps, Umbrellas, T-Shirts, Mugs and many others that has flat or relatively flat surfaces

The stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas.

  1. Used widely – can print on plastic, clothes, metals and many other materials
  2. Good printing thickness, up to 20 micron one time
  3. Real printing effect
  4. Good light resistance – can be used for outdoor product

  7. Can be reused/reclaimed after printing

Printing logo to increase brand awareness has always been one of the best method to promote your company or products. Usually, screen printing is used on promotional products when the logo has less than 4 colours.

The best wristband ever!

Many people start to be confused when we talk about the various models of silicone wristbands. Most of them are confusing embossed wristbands with the debossed ones (even some silicone wristbands suppliers do!).

The debossed wristbands are the same model as the avant-gardist LIVESTRONG one from Lance Armstrong.
To deboss the wristband, a mould is produced especially for the order to meet the client's requirements. This is why debossed wristands are more expensive and take more time to produce than printed wristbands or laser debossed...

While designing the annual DHL calendar for stakeholders across India, the challenge was to go beyond just a desktop reminder and distinctly highlight the DHL corporate proposition:
"We deliver anywhere".
The execution was that of a design, which incorporated the national flags of lesser-known countries in such a manner that every time one turned to the required month, a new flag revealed.
This emphasized DHL's "anywhere" reach, spreading over 220 countries and territories worldwide.
